I really like the towels here—they are reasonably priced. Besides that, there are many other products and various discount programs, which I appreciate. My five-year-old daughter also loves this place because it has a lot of items for students.

The service staff are not interested to work or help.... the worst I have seen. And to make it worse they dont have a trial room. How can you expect people to buy and just exchange or return. I dont live next door to Hema to do this. Honestly the worst service in my entire experience in NL is in this outlet.

Wowwwww HEMA is INCREDIBLE! I feel like i died and went to HE(M)A-VEN!! The towels are exquisite - they are excellent for drying myself and they feel sooo soft on the skin. The towels come in such pretty colours too, with a shade for every mood! The towels are also so reasonably priced, and if you're lucky you'll get them on actie! Thank you HEMA for your amazing products. Life will never be the same.

The worst experience ever! In the restaurant the food is not supplied. The soup is in a dirty pot, the sides of it had residuals that dried for some time. Using the bathroom is super awkward, there is this lady asking for money, if your kid wants to go and you don't have all 70 cents even if you are at their restaurant she will not allow them. Payment by card to use the bathroom is not working. Shame!!! in buiten is completely different experience.
