Excellent coffee place selling speciality coffee, including v60 pour overs. I had the cappuccino with an Ethiopian bean espresso base and it was very fragrant. Fantastic coffee served here! They also sell other pastries such as banana bread, cookies, cakes and croissants. Both staff were super friendly despite them being very busy and constantly serving customers or making coffee. Definitely one to return to next time!

I stumbled upon Hummingbird Coffee completely by accident while looking for a spot to charge my phone, and naturally, I couldn’t resist grabbing a coffee while I was there. What a lucky find! Hummingbird isn’t your typical coffee spot, they rotate beans from top roasters worldwide and offer a monthly guest roaster, so there’s always something new to try. Best chai latte I had in Amsterdam! After my fav café closed I tried a few others and I’m so glad I stopped my Hummingbird today after a book tour spontaneously. It’s really the best, definitely coming back! They also have cakes & cookies which looked really good and I’ll try next time.
