I am a loyal HEMA customer and truly love and appreciate your products. However, today, some staff members made me feel very uncomfortable while I was looking at the products. Their facial expressions, gestures, and manners were unprofessional and make feeling awkward.

New review (2 out of 5 stars): The food section of the shop has changed a lot since my last visit. Almost all the deals are gone, and the ones they have now make no sense. It's sad to see it go from a convenient place to grab some coffee with cake to a too expensive for what it is shop. Old review (5 out of 5 stars): Good place to eat some food on the top floor

On the first floor there is restaurant where you can sit, relax, read, have a breakfast in all tranquility . Its a place were I sit and preferred to wait on my wife when she goes shopping.
