The shop has a good selection, but the atmosphere is a bit indifferent and boring. There is always uninviting music playing in the background, and there are far fewer customers than there were a few years ago. We ordered a “12-hour’s meal ” in the restaurant: a sandwich, a cup of soup, and a croquette with a bun. Both the tray and the plates were dirty and soggy. The soup was lukewarm and undercooked, the cheese and lettuce in the sandwich looked like they were from a day ago. The inexperienced staff almost charged us twice the 12-hour’s meal because we added a second croquette.

Restaurant has good seating, and their warm drinks are tasty. I really like their Late Macchiato Stroopwafel Karamel.

I come here often... but around 3 o'clock in the afternoon they don't have any sandwiches left and they don't want to make one either. I would like to sit here after I have rested and finished after the afternoon of shopping. Often the only thing they have left are cheese rolls that have become tough because they have been there all day. It's a bit of a no-no to eat something...

Its an ok shop, the staff reasonably friendly. I do however have two problems with the shop. The first being, even if you are a paying customer, you have to pay a grumpy old lady who sits next to the door 50 cents to go to toilet. Its not extremely expensive but I always pay card and thus have no coins for this and in my eyes, a toilet is a necessity, not a luxury?! The second problem I have is what they sell... What do they sell? Well everything, except for what you want and if you do find what you want its over priced and poor quality. The food isn't bad though...
