The scallops were overcooked and dry, the sushi rolls had barely any rice were uneven, and were falling apart, the wasabi was clearly the cheap imitation kind. The tuna and salmon sashimi had both sinew and bones — making it unpleasant and difficult to eat — and the tuna nigiri looked off, as though it had been made in advance and left out at room temperature.
