Review for Vestdijk47 I had an amazing experience at Vestdijk47 with my friends. We enjoyed a four-course Christmas Dinner menu with wine pairings, and both the food and drinks were absolutely delicious. Each course was well-prepared, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully composed. The wine pairings complemented the dishes nicely, though I would have loved a bit more explanation from the waiter about the wines and the reasoning behind each pairing. The cozy in-house restaurant of Hotel Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne is located in the city centre of Eindhoven and offers a nice selection of various Asian-inspired dishes. The menu is a bit special as they do not only offer starters, main courses and desserts (sweet endings as they call it so beautifully) but you can also additionally choose a dish from the "must-try moments" category. Restaurant Vestdijk 47 – Pullman Hotel Eindhoven ⭐ Rating: 6.5/10 The food is actually quite good and well-presented, but unfortunately the service really drags the experience down. Staff felt slow and not very attentive, which is disappointing for a restaurant at this level. Good kitchen, bad service. With better staff training this place could easily be an 8 or 9.

Had a wonderful time here! The restaurant looks super clean and very fancy with lovely decor. We were treated very politely by everyone throughout the evening (by the hotel staff too even though we didn’t stay there but had a question!). It’s very nice that they explain the portion sizes with the menu so you don’t order too much in one go (especially since I had gastric sleeve surgery - always good to know I’m not wasting food and money). The pearable cocktail was deliciously sweet and very unique. Wish I still knew what was in it! The food was of very high quality and tasted delicious as well
