I took halibut and prawns, it came with samphire and lobster espuma, what a delicious combination in terms of flavor and texture, all the ingredients went extremely well with each other, and complement each other. I was very happy to have ordered this dish! On the contrary I didn’t really like the dessert the lemon tarte, it was too sweet for me, but the lime ice cream was very good with a tangy and sharp taste.
