We wanted to go for a quick bite to eat at McDonald's, but everything turned out completely different. We waited for our order for over 15 minutes, the staff was in no hurry to place the order, but talked among themselves and argued with us, then we went to eat. The potatoes were oversalted, the glass was not completely washed, and the burger was without a cucumber, and they didn't want to remake the burger for us.

It’s unacceptable that this McDonald's charges for the toilet while the hygiene is non-existent. The moment you walk in, your shoes literally stick to the floor because it’s so dirty and greasy. And it’s not just the floor – the whole place is filthy. If you charge customers for a basic facility, at least make sure it’s cleaned properly. Avoid this place if you can!

I was disappointed in this place, and it all started out well. I came to the Netherlands to McDonald's for the first time, but the inside of this place was terribly poorly cleaned, both the floor and the tables (I cleaned mine myself). There were also no signs at hand, and many had the same problem at this place, so I wrote down the table number, but that's not all. The food itself was strange. First, they brought us Coke with ice, but we asked for it without. Then the burgers turned out to have a minimal amount of sauce, only on top, the bottom bun was literally empty. It's an okay Mac however when it is really busy it is a total mess, they had a nugget deal last week and we had to wait 50 minutes for a 20 piece, it was a mistake on their side. And the whole room was filled with trash, it was really busy so can't really blame them, but would not recommend If busy
