Anabel and Nacho gave us a 10/10 experience! Knowledgeable, elegant, kind, welcoming, they made us feel right at home. Coming myself from Uruguay I can say this is a unique experience in The Netherlands, especially in Hilversum. Will recommend and will definitely come back! PS: it was my friends birthday and they added a candle to the dessert and some music to celebrate

Read some good reviews about this place and we were not disappointed! The food was well cooked and tasty with a nice selection of wines. Couple of minus points though: The menu on the website is not the same as in the restaurant. No biggie but it meant I couldn't get what I initially wanted to order. The restaurant menu lists only house wine, they have more wines available, but no menu ( as of my visit ). This doesn't take aways massively from the experience, but i hope they can fix the above :)

Best spare ribs in Hilversum, if not all of the Netherlands. I've literally tried about 90% of spare ribs spots in the city. Saucy AND charred. I almost got sad finding the place out so late, but then got too busy gorging myself. The staff was highly attentive and nice. The price was good (not in the photos but the sides are included, comes on separate plates). The atmosphere was completely different from what I expected from the outside, with a cozy interior. To the owner: you really lack some photos here, so here are my contributions.
