We visited Pavarotti in Leiden to have Italian style pizza. The restaurant is located in a beautiful spot and the atmosphere is very pleasant, so our expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, the pizzas did not live up to what we had hoped for. The taste felt rather ordinary, almost like something you would expect from a chain-style fast food restaurant rather than a restaurant in such a nice location. We went there for the first time with my partner. The service was really good and professional. The place was really big and beautiful decorated, nice atmosphere for sure. Now the food: pizza not bad it was and okay pizza, the pasta was a bit not in my taste something was making the flavor different than I’ve had in other restaurants. Last we got dessert pizza it was tasty but the pizza was too cooked we weren’t able to cut it because the pizza dough wasn’t soft at all and it was crispy a lot.
