I went with my friend to eat something before going to work, and we were waiting 40 minutes for them to give us a panini and a bread, after 40 minutes we went to the counter and the girls were talking and they hadn’t started making our order and then they told us that they didn’t have panini with pesto and that we had to choose something else from the counter, my friend had to ask for her money back, and my tuna bread was cold and I ordered it without lettuce or onion and they gave it to me with lettuce and onion

The shop is looks good , but all the products are frozen. How you can make a business bakery when the bread and sandwiches are pre-cooked and then just putted in the oven. I don’t know other shop but here the service is really bad , really but really slow, maybe not enough staff. I order a cappuccino and a koffiebrodje. The cappuccino was only foam, cold and prepared by a poured solution. And also the koffiebrodje was cold ( they can warm up a little in a microwave). Really disappointed:(
