Laziest employees I've had serve me at a burger king. Always make you feel like they are doing the extra mile by having some semblance of basic decency, like they really don't want to be there. And the food is often cold from rushing (cheese wasn't melted) and being too old (I got the fries from the previous order that wasn't used yet and had been sitting out from before I entered the store). They also refused looking other customers in the eye that were waiting at the cash register, and flat out refused to speak to them. The self service kiosks allow you to add an item to your burger (e.g. an extra patty) but not add multiple items (e.g. a patty and bacon) nor remove anything (e.g. no cheese). Seems a bit random. Other than that: good triple whopper and generally not too busy. Update: while the Whopper is fine, the patty on the Big King is ridiculously small. See photo. Removing 2 stars.

Slowest fast food on planet earth. Laziest staff ive ever witnessed in any sort of food place. Also, they always charge +1€ for plastic reusable cup and never gives one, which is open scam. Cashiers are more focused on talking and laughing with themselfs than serving food. This place needs everyone fired, and fresh start, with some standards in place this time over. Get your shit together Lylestad Burger King 😠 EDIT 3 months later: a lot of positive changes, mainly food preparation time. Staff less chilled out and more focused on work. Happy to bump my rating from 2 to 4 stars, good job!

The food was bad, just bad. The only good thing about it was the fact that they served me personally very fast, but in quite the amount of reviews you can read about them being very slow. Over all the atmosphere was bad, the restaurant doesn't look gross but it does feel that way. Edit: After going a couple more times, I feel like my first impression wasn't a good impression. I have received food of better quality at different Burger King's, but the food here is not that gross after all.
