Fixed Gear Coffee is genuinely one of my favorite specialty coffee spots. The coffee is always amazing, with a really nice selection of beans and brewing options. The staff is always welcoming and helpfull especially when I wanted to buy some beans for home. I especially love the Superpunch on the V60, it's definitely one of my favorites. Their cakes are all made in-house, and honestly, I still haven’t found one I didn’t enjoy. They also have a second location near the train station, which is just as warm and welcoming. What a wonderful café! I happened to walk by and was very impressed! Great pastries and a variety of coffee specialties, excellent service, very friendly. A café that offers opportunities to work there, as well as a stopover when you’re cycling, and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your coffee. I really enjoyed being here! I’ll definitely come back.
