Beautiful & trendy restaurant with terrace in the city centre of Maastricht (Vrijthof) offering a Mediterranean shared dining experience. All the dishes we had for dinner were delicious, refined, and well presented. I especially loved the dessert: a super tasty tiramisu! The waiters were very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth a visit when in Maastricht!

This was the first time we visited restaurant Luster. We arrived and the waitress welcomed us friendly. We were pointed to a nice table at the front of the restaurant. The waitress handed us the menu. She kindly informed us about the option of a " four courses " option. This is a option where the chef surprises you with different picks from the menu. Out first course was a meat platter with som crunchy bread olive oil and some salt and pepper. This was a very good start. The meat and bread where very nice. The second course was also delicious. I spent a very nice dîner with an ex colleague We took as starter the Italian cold cuts : very delicious and well presented Just enough to wait for the main dish We had for 2 the rib eye steak which was totally enough for both of us It was perfectly cooked The fries were a bit different than we as Belgian like but they were overall good Just a pity that the place was booked for an event and that it was particularly crowded with interaction that we were not aware of However I will come back certainly for a drink The spritz Aperol was very nicely served !
