This is evaluation for the restaurant. We got the warm seafood XL plateau. All fish were pretty much cold at the point that we were served. And one of them was raw. We complained, nothing was really done. For the price that we paid, expected better food.

I have tried the "fish is the dish" menu but I was a bit disappointed. The oysters were perfect, but the other appetizers were marinated and with sauces that were not quite matching with the ingredients. The raw salmon was a bit strange with teriyaki sauce. There were some Japanese elements in the dishes but at the same time, it was also not really Japanese but European. The mackerel was better that we could taste the original flavour. The lobster soup was nice. We later got served with mussels but the sauce/soup of the mussels seemed to be similar as the lobster soup. The cod and the monkfis

very well deserved 5 star review, for both the hotels (Manna and Blue) as well as the Manna restaurant. We could not have been hosted better yesterday with our group of around 30 people. We felt very welcome, all the staff was friendly, and the restaurant service had the best balance in making you feel at ease whilst be spot on in their service and communication. Great teamwork! Thank you so much for the best evening.
