Great concept for a tapas bar, beautiful dishes, too! Love that you can watch your food being made at the bar. I'd say it's already adapted to the local taste buds instead of being authentically Spanish.

Pleasantly surprised by the food. Though not the highest quality the taste is great! Especially with the price. You get great portions for the price. Servers were great, kind and very attentive. Food came really quickly as well. The paloma was a bit sweet though and the gin and tonic didn’t have any garnish, but really enjoyed my time here.

Food was ok, but too expensive for the quality. Very chewy steak and way too much sauce on every dish. Service was good, nothing extra just good. Atmosphere was good as well. Overall: the place is overhyped, I would not spend my money here.

the ambiance in this restaurant is unreal! we spent a wonderful evening at bar picar, enjoying the delicious food and drinks. the service was very fast and friendly, and the menu very original. i was especially impressed by the miso aubergine and the steak tartar, the flavour combinations of both were perfectly balanced and surprising :) only 1 small thing is that sometimes the dishes were not very warm, but that of course can happen, especially with such a busy restaurant. we will definitely be back soon!
