Was excited to visit Gauchos Grill Centrum for its all-you-can-eat ribs. Ordered the unlimited ribs and a sirloin steak, medium rare. The sirloin was perfectly cooked as requested. The first batch of ribs had a nice crunchy exterior and char around the edges, served with a thick sweet glaze that was pretty good. However, subsequent orders of ribs were dry and tough. The food took a long time to arrive, and the subsequent ribs came in half portions per top-up, making it not worth the wait. Despite providing feedback and receiving apologies from the staff, along with an offer to replace the ribs

Food was really good, everything was cooked perfectly! The grilled shrimp and meat were both excellent. A tip would be the plating, which was a bit basic. It was rucola every time, also the restaurant felt a bit old and not well taken care off. But don’t get me wrong, these are just tips. At the end of the day, the food is the most important!

The steaks were great, tasty and tender. I would recommend medium rare (actually mine came out as rare, but that is fine personally). The starters and sides were good as well, and I do regret not getting the sweet potato fries instead as they look really good. The pork ribs looked good as well.
