We thought we’d give KFC Spijkenisse another chance after the problems we’ve had before. Big mistake. We arrived at 22:40 on Friday, well before closing time. The drive-through was supposed to be open until midnight, but it was physically blocked off with barriers (photos attached). So we went to the restaurant instead, only to find a sign saying it was closed because of the hot weather and that the drive-through was open. Except… it wasn’t. I honestly cannot believe this happened AGAIN at KFC Spijkenisse. According to Google Maps, only the drive-through is open until midnight. Fine. I have no problem using the drive-through. My problem is that when a restaurant says it is open until midnight, I expect it to actually have food available until midnight. I arrived at 23:15 on a Saturday evening (30 May 2026) . Forty-five minutes before closing. I was told that they basically had only one thing left: the last 14 hot wings. No burgers, no buckets, no strips, no normal menu, nothing. How is that acceptable? I was at this location and the way you are being served it's shameful. I ask for an pepsi zero and an normal Pepsi and you can't distinguish which one is zero.and when I ask them which one is zero they start smelling the cups and laughing at me. I ask some napkins and they were laughing at my back and whispering continuously:give him more,give him more. And when I confronted them,the same thing, they were laughing at me like nothing happened. They lost me as a customer!!!!
