Cozy restaurant in the middle of town with delicious food. They offer a smaller menu of seasonal dishes. Everything was very tasty. They have plenty of vegetarian options and some lovely sea food dishes. My favorites were mackerel on brioche, and the skate wing was delicious. We were not crazy about the desserts but wine and great negroni made up for it. I would love to come again and try the new dishes on the menu. Also service was great.

Exceptional! I went there with my partner for my birthday back in January. Fell in love with the dark academia almost middle age dimmed interior and vibe of the restaurant. It was just that cozy! Our lovely waitress recommended a lovely bottle of wine that we thoroughly enjoyed. ALL the dishes were so well balanced in terms of the flavor profiles, which doesn’t happen that often in my dining experiences. I will definitely be back, perhaps on another special occasion to make sure I can splurge on as many items as I can there ;)

Went here for a returning date. During our previous date, we were sitting at the fireplace, and it was Winter, which was a bit more of a romantic atmosphere! This time round, we were sat at a high table at the back, which was also nice and somehow still intimate. The tables at the back are very much squashed together. Not much room In between. Our server was very friendly, it's a bit surprising when you are used to Dutch soberness. Food was great, as always. The cabbage dish was incredible! Only the cheese platter was a little disappointing, but we like the older cheeses in general. This one l
