I had a fantastic experience at Subway today! The shop was spotless and well-maintained, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The standout was the staff member who made my sandwich - friendly, professional, and impressively speaking in Arabic, English, and Dutch, effortlessly helping multiple customers. The sandwich was perfect, and his genuine care for the customer really showed. Highly recommend this Subway for great food, excellent service, and a clean environment. I'll definitely be back! Really sorry to say that this particular subway doesn’t really care about service. I ordered a sandwich and got a completely different one which made it impossible to eat for me for various reasons. Called them, they put me on hold with sound and said that I was lying to get another sandwich to her colleague. Over 7 euros… really? 🤦🏻

Really bad service. We ordered a delivery. After receiving my order I noticed that it wasn't what I ordered. Got the wrong sandwiches and was cold instead of warm. Called them multiple times in order for them to correct the order but no one answered the phone. It's a shame that the service is so poor. What a waste of time and money. Won't order again if the service and quality doesn't improve.
