It was an amazing experience! The food was delicious and they prepared it quickly which I appreciated cause I had an hour of my break and needed to eat and get back within that timeframe. The ambience of the restaurant was beautiful and a bit private. The prices were affordable even with the price hike, and the service was exceptional! I highly recommend visiting the Charcoal Grill!

Read some good reviews and so decided to try it out. Ordered the chef salad which was supposed to come with feta cheese but Not! It was subbed with shredded mozzarella and between the waiter and the chef, not one thought to inform the guest that there was no Feta cheese. Next was the spring rolls...well let's say the local version as there was nothing springy about it. Texture was "doughy" and sweet as opposed to being flaky (filo dough) and with a springy crunch on the bite. Well suffice to say I returned the chef salad and paid for the rolls and my drink. I'm sure they do some things well but on this first visit here I'm disappointed. Will see what happens next try. Recommend though but "grill" the waiter and chef about your order. Pun intended.

The first time I was here I tried the American breakfast and it was superb!!! Loved it! I visited weeks after and tried the Mexican prawn salad with the Italian dressing. It was absolutely tasty! I'd highly recommend that for starters. What I didn't like was the "Nigerian Bole and Mackerel in pepper sauce". It tasted like plantain and fish stew. I got the chance to try their snail sauce and French fries. The snails were BIGGG and delicious! 🤭😂 The drinks were good. The customer service was top notch, and the rooftop lounge was quite windy and serene. Good choice of music for date nights and all round good vibes. I'll advise that you serve lots of ice with cocktails. Abuja is hot and everything melts away in seconds. 😅 So far, I'd visit here again. It's definitely worth the hype and you get good value for your money.

Opted for a good full English breakfast on this day and I enjoyed it. Nothing serious when I wanted to just have good food. The portions are huge and perfect for a foodie who wants more. It had a lot of options of toast, pancakes and a lot of eggs. The waiter was nice and the food came out pretty fast. Good service in all.

Definitely a fave for me especially for their BREAKFAST of which you can’t go wrong with. This restaurant has been on for years and they still maintain top notch services. Simply & lightly decorated clean space with courteous staff who comes to quickly take your order upon arrival. However when it gets very busy getting their attention is quite difficult. Food taste good, the portions are big enough and prices are mid range. Full English / American Breakfast cost around N4,500-N5,000. Main dishes around N3,000-4,000 A lunch or dinner for two will cost around N10,000-N15,000 I always visit here & will definitely recommend for very simple outings and/or breakfast.
