The Orchid Bistro Express is located in a quiet residential street in Ikoyi, off Awolowo road. I visited with a friend to have lunch and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the service was. I didn't have to wait too long for my food to arrive and I didn't have to ask too many questions. I ordered the pancakes as a starter then had the spicy shrimp pasta and the strawberry and banana smoothie as a drink. The food was very good, tasty and satisfying. The drink was also quite rich and nourishing. I would recommend the Orchid Bistro Express to anyone looking for a quiet and serene time away from the noise and hustle of Lagos.

Was here for lunch with a friend. Cute place. Been to the Ikeja outlet a few times and this was my first time at the Ikoyi outlet. There’s an outdoor section in a garden-type area, and an indoor section. I always go indoor because of the AC but on cool days, I might try outdoor. I got the Frappuccino. It tasted amazing. Can’t remember what the pasta I had was called, but it was nice too. Overall, it was a good experience in a comfortable place. Oh, they have a small desk area so you can work if you need to, as using your computer on the regular tables isn’t allowed.

I went there on a Sunday afternoon and I had a beautiful time. It is such a cozy, intimate space and I absolutely loved the plants inside. Interestingly, they are for sale. The Chef (Daniel - not sure If they have more than one) was so great! I asked him to recommend A salad and a cocktail and he recommended the mango margarita and the spicy chicken salad, which I absolutely LOVED! This place is perfect for an intimate dinner or a special lunch date.

From the entrance its relaxing, feels like second nature with all the plants around. The atmosphere is calm and the music at the right level that it adds to the feel without disturbing. The wide windows and the little plants by them were just perfect. There are also different chairs with high ones just by the entrance. I had spicy meat balls and my friend chicken-stir-fry. The orange juice and ginger ale were both good. The menu gives quite an option for meals and are quite a wide variety of drinks. Though the waiters were courteous and helpful, the food and drinks took a while to arrive. The POS wasn't working but thankfully I had cash on me.

It's a beautiful space. Highly courteous staff. Great low-key spot in Ikoyi for a range of meals. From English and American breakfasts to lunch meals like pasta etc. The restaurant is full of options. It is my Go-To spot in Ikoyi. I’ve had their prawn pasta several times and it can come in extra spicy for those who want that. I absolutely love and recommend this place. You should try the muffins there (almond and blue berry), about the best I've ever had.
