A small neighborhood restaurant with a tiny eating space and ‘lounge.’ It wasn’t easy to locate and parking is along the street - neither very safe nor convenient. My order for Afang Soup & Beef (with Poundo) was tasty but entailed really poor value for the price. The owners should consider offering more value to encourage repeat buying.

Wandering around with a friend on a sunny afternoon, we stumbled across Efik Town Restaurant. Great restaurant and lounge in the heart of D/Line, Port Harcourt. Outlook: cool ambience! 1st impression was a nod and a smile. There is an outer lounge area with high seats and tables for chilling. A cross-section of wines and other drinks in display. There is an inner lounge area, simple but cosy. Would be great for small gatherings like parties or small group hangouts and another space called the restaurant. Meals: we tried the afang soup, beef and eba and fried peppered crocker fish. It was heavenly!!! The burst of flavours would have your thanking you. Both looked and tasted great. Though the fish that was served wasn't crocker fish as requested, it tasted delicious all the same. Pricing: a bit higher than I expected. The plate of afang was between 3k - 3k5.
