Worst experience! We frequently dine at Bhai Kadai, both at the Gala and Wadi Kabir branches. After a long gap, we visited the Gala branch for lunch and ordered the mutton and chicken biryani. Unfortunately, the taste and flavor have completely changed and were not good at all. The mutton pieces did not blend well with the biryani and felt as if they had been boiled separately and simply added to the rice. The chicken biryani also gave the same impression. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience compared to the quality we had enjoyed during our previous visits.

The billing staff is all motion and no progress; he doesn’t pay attention to the customer in front of the billing counter unless the customer keeps chasing him. This staff member needs proper training. Also, food is not served following the FIFO system, so it’s unclear why a POS system is being used at all—it feels like a waste of money.

However, given the high price, I was expecting a little more. While the food was exceptional, the portion size was on the smaller side. It felt like I was paying a premium for the ingredients and the atmosphere, which was lovely but not overwhelmingly luxurious. It's a great spot for a special occasion or if you're looking to splurge, but it's not a place I could justify visiting regularly. You can find better places with a descent price and quality

This place is a saviour to all the South Indian food cravings! We have been to this place over 8-9 times and the food is always nice. Their chicken maharani is very tasty and they also have a wide range of dosa options. They also have lots of briyanis to choose from which are mostly available during the day. One can sure try this place for some South Indian food with a rustic touch!
