Based on my repeated visits, this place used to be excellent. The staff were professional and friendly, and it was genuinely enjoyable to work there and have coffee. Unfortunately after the staff changed the overall experience has clearly declined. For example, I ordered the cinnamon dessert with chocolate, but it was served extremely cold, as if it had been kept in the freezer. The spoon could barely go through it. When I asked the staff about it, the response was simply: “This is the dessert we have.” I also asked about the chocolate, because what was served had only a tiny amount that was barely noticeable, and again there was no real explanation solution replacement or even an apology. The issue is not only the dessert itself, but also the way the situation was handled. This place used to have a much better standard, but the current experience no longer reflects the quality it was known for, whether in terms of product quality or customer service. I’m honestly disappointed with my recent experience. The drink quantity was very little compared to the cup size !! almost half of the cup was just foam, and the rest was the actual drink. For a price over 2.5, this is really not acceptable. The drink finished so quickly, and it felt like I was paying for an almost empty cup. What’s frustrating is that I’ve tried this place before and the cups used to be properly filled, but now the quantity has clearly been reduced. I hope this issue is taken seriously and improved, because it definitely affects the overall experience
