Shahzeb Jatoi★Absolutely unacceptable experience at Alaska Restaurant today around 11 pm. I went to wait for my guest and was rudely told by the waiter, "you cannot wait, we don't allow this." No apology, no alternative, just plain rude behavior — and I ended up waiting around for over 30 minutes because of it. Is this how a restaurant treats its customers? If your staff can't handle something as basic as letting someone wait a few minutes, you have a serious training problem. This isn't hospitality, it's arrogance. Management needs to wake up and fix this before more customers walk away disgusted like I did. Until real action is taken, I will not be returning — and I won't recommend this place to anyone. #Unacceptable #PoorService #CustomerRights #AlaskaRestaurant

Maryam Khan★I planned a birthday decoration here. Everything seemed fine until we arrived, but after entering the room, we noticed many issues. There was a serious problem with the lighting on the birthday stage, and the air conditioner was not working properly. Also, although we did not order anything special, they still charged us a very high bill. I was very disappointed with the management and the decoration services. We had to go downstairs repeatedly for every small thing because there was no proper support. There are many issues here that need attention and should be resolved. Overall, it was a very bad experience👎🏻💔

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall ambiance was quite nice — perfect for a casual dinner. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the service was a bit slow during peak hours. But other than that, it was a great experience. Will definitely be coming back to try more from the menu!

Hygiene was a major concern—the entire venue felt very dirty, especially the washrooms, which were in an unacceptable condition. Unfortunately, my visit was completely ruined. The place looked nothing like what was shown in their posts and advertisements. The atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and overall experience did not meet my expectations at all. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone and would not consider visiting again.
Muhammad Madni Javeri★I visited Alaska Restaurant on 21-Sep-2025 with my friends, and the experience was very disappointing. The service was poor, the waiters were not attentive, and my masala fries took almost 50 minutes instead of 20–25. Even after asking a few times, no one gave a proper update, and when they finally came, the fries were half-cooked. I also asked about the screening, and they said it would start soon, but it took far too long. Overall, bad service, slow response, and low-quality food.
Ubaid Shaikh★The worst experience i've ever had in any restaurant, don't even think to go there, No proper arrangements, pathetic service, no support even the manager is roaming here and there when i complained, We waited 2 hours for our food but we did'nt get it because of their pathetic service, We ordered plain fries and they gave us stale fries after 40-45 miniutes. And those fries cost us 2000rs Worst ever experience 😡
