A very famous place to eat with your friends and family. We have been going there for ages, even I don’t remember since when. One of my persistent impressions about the place is that you can order anything on the menu it will never disappoint you. The presentation of food is good and the portion size is sufficient to fill you. This time we ordered Portebello mushroom and prawns starters. In main course we ordered Beef steaks, Pasta and fish. Everything was perfect. Service was good. It was my wife’s birthday, to join in the celebrations restaurant staff gathered together to sing along the birthday wishes. I can recommend the place safely to everyone looking for delicious food.

the food at this place was delicious. compared to other restaurants in the area, the portions were HUGE and we had to get our meals packed. highly recommend the bangkok chicken. the only downside is that the staff are very inattentive. we signalled a waiter (who was staring into nothingness) twice but he didn’t come to us. we also signalled for the manager once, who also didn’t come. this place also gets really packed in the afternoon and it gets hard to find a table.

Ordered their avacodo and shrimp salad and chicken along with strawbeeraide and ginger and mint. Serving size is for one person only, salad was amazing, and chicken was good. The drinks complemented our food well. It was surprisingly busy for a week night, mostly families, all having a great time. Their menu selection was enormous! You will not believe it until you see it. Everything was available as well. But the taste was unique to all. Definitely recommend coming here

We ordered Thai chicken with cashew nut and my mum specifically asked for the dish to be made mild/ less spicy as we cannot tolerate very spicy food - they told us they will make it less spicy but on the contrary they ensured that the food was extremely spicy - to the point that my mum couldn’t even finish her meal and left half the dish - we called the manager who seemed very unbothered by the feedback and was trying to gaslight my mum and told her that she used the salad that was served with the food which had spice on it - I was completely taken aback by the non chalant attitude of the manager who took zero accountability for the fact that we made it clear from the outset that we can’t tolerate very spicy food - (saying sorry wouldn’t have hurt him ) if they couldn’t cater to that request they would’ve made it clear not to order that but they reassured us that the dish would be mild. Haven’t been at Zouk for over a decade (or two) I think. The visit for dinner didn’t disappoint. Still the same good quality food. Still busy very. Still good service. Still a laundry list of a menu. They don’t do reservations. So the wait was a good 30mins+ for our group of 7. The flavors are good and recipes and presentation remain true to their 90s origin. We had a good experience, and everything was on par.
