I had a wonderful experience today at Fuoco today.The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully served. Every dish tasted good especially the tortellini pasta.You can really tell that quality ingredients are used. (Especially the cheese they use) The service was warm and friendly, and the staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful aesthetic ambiance with elegant decor, soft lighting, and a relaxing atmosphere that made the dining experience even more special.What made me smile was the tree right in the middle of the restaurant which was not cut to fit the place but the place was designed to fit around it. 👏 👏 If you enjoy Italian food and want a lovely place to relax and eat, I would definitely recommend this restaurant that too at 6-7 pm when it’s not full of people. We made a reservation as they have time slots. 7 to 9 for example. As soon as you pull up you and sense this is something different. Very nice entrance, door and as soon as you enter the mood is set. Minimalist, clean, good materials and bold without over stating. The place was something you would expect in Dubai (for the lack a of better example) international standard finishing and design. The menu was to summarise more Italian forward and I had expected but by no means simple in their pasta or pizza offerings. We started with I long bread sticks and honey which looked like art and tasted even better. What they did to the honey I will never look at honey and bread stick the same, outstanding flavor. Next was the cauliflower soup which was excellent overall but the anchovies did get over powering by the end of you ate the croutons, could do without.
