With a heavy heart I give this place 3 stars. Like many of you, my childhood memories include Chief Burgers. Unfortunately, the quality is not there anymore. In 2024, their special burger was half the size of what it is now in 2026. That's a good thing. But, the bun is dry and falls apart. The meat flavor is back to what it used to be in the 80s, thankfully. We ordered 6 of the chief specials. Two came with barely any fries. And that too, not properly cooked. They were soft and soggy. See picture. I complained to the supervisor because the manager wasn't around. He brought more fries. And charged us for it. Seriously! I always used to get their soup as well back in the day. But the chicken that they once used to shred into the soup, is now chopped and cubed, like the kind you find in Chinese restaurants all over these days. I recently visited Chief Burger, and my experience was far from good. I ordered a Zinger Burger for 880 rupees, but it was completely tasteless. For such a high price, I was expecting something flavorful and fresh, but there was no seasoning, no proper balance, and honestly no taste at all. Spending almost 900 rupees for such low-quality food feels like a waste. In comparison, local burger shops at Tahkal Payan serve much better burgers for only 350 rupees. Those burgers are juicy, flavorful, and definitely worth the money. Chief Burger does not come close. The environment was also very disturbing. I sat on the first floor, and it was extremely noisy because the kitchen seemed very close to the seating area. The constant sound of utensils and staff talking loudly created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. If someone is expecting a calm and enjoyable dining experience, this place is not suitable. The first burger I had, when I came to Peshawar was from Chief Burgers, and its history dates back to the 80s era, when a fast food chain was opened for the very first time in Peshawar. Pros: - Full variety of fast food with lots of options like Chinese, continental, Thai, salads, pasta, sandwiches, burgers, Pizzas, cold drinks, fries etc. - Prices are almost similar to the market, but they've maintained their quality. - Good and spacious eating space with also option for outdoor sitting and takeaways. - Both card and cash payment facilities are available. - Separate sitting area for gents and families. Cons: - They are damn misers with the French fries. - Parking is a bit tricky, specifically during peak hours. - Service is a bit slow.

I visited Chief Burger today and ordered their Deal 2 from the menu. While the loaded fries were genuinely delicious, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and the drinks were served only after we had already finished the fries, which really affected the dining experience. The wraps also had a slightly burnt taste, which was not pleasant. As for the desserts, the deal mentions four desserts, but what was actually served was far from what was advertised, you can clearly see the difference in the picture. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations set by the menu. I hope the management works on improving both service and quality.

Firstly, the hygiene conditions were shocking. The toilet facilities were in an absolutely deplorable state — the foul odor was so intense it was nearly unbearable. My wife went to use the restroom and immediately regretted it. The stench, likely caused by poor cleaning and lack of proper ventilation, made her feel physically sick. She came out visibly disturbed, saying it was one of the worst washrooms she had ever encountered in a public place. As a result, she completely lost her appetite and chose not to order anything. Meanwhile, the service was just as unsatisfactory. Despite calling the staff several times, no one came to assist us. There was a clear lack of attentiveness and basic customer service.
