I recently visited Cheezious where I celebrated my niece’s birthday, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The ambiance was clean, pleasant, and very family-friendly—perfect for any kind of celebration. The food was fresh, delicious, and served on time. The pizza, Behari Rolls, and burgers were especially tasty, and everyone really enjoyed them. Every dish had great flavor and quality. The staff was polite, cooperative, and very attentive, which made our event even more special. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this place for family gatherings and birthday celebrations. Looking forward to visiting again!

We have visited Cheezious many times, and our experience has always been good. Their service is very good, and the taste of the food is also great. However, one thing I would like to say is that they should offer more deals on special occasions like New Year, 14 August, and Eid, just like they did during Ramadan and PSL. I recently visited the Cheezious Sadar branch, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Unlike my expectations from the brand, this visit was frustrating from start to finish. First of all, there was no proper arrangement for dine-in. Even after waiting for almost an hour, I finally got a table, but the experience only went downhill from there. The staff was extremely rude and uncooperative, which completely ruined the mood. Basic customer service was missing—there was no proper response from the waiters, and they didn’t even bother to listen when I needed assistance. What disappointed me the most was that they did not provide a refill option, and despite waiting for a long time for a waiter, no one paid attention. It honestly felt like customers were not a priority at all. Overall, this was a pathetic and poorly managed experience, and easily the worst visit I’ve ever had at any Cheezious outlet. This branch seriously needs to work on staff behavior,
