Manam is a very popular chain of restaurants serving modern Filipino cuisine. This large branch at the Ayala Triangle is their flagship branch and is the only branch that accepts reservations. This branch also has dishes that's only available at this branch. I had sinigang sa pakwan which is one of their most popular dishes I think. The shrimp bicol express had a pleasantly surprising kick to it. I also enjoyed the crunchy sisig of course! Toilets are nice and clean. The outdoor area allows pets so if you don't want to be seated with pets, you should go for an indoor seat.

We wanted to try as much dishes as possible so we only got small sized plates. We also couldn’t pick a favourite because everything was just so good. Maybe the highlight was the chicharon bulaklak with sinigang floss since it was a first, but highly recommend as a starter! The people were nice and welcoming too! Very attentive to what we needed and responded with a big smile! Also we were lucky to make a reservation because it was during peak dinner hours.

I went solo for early lunch and had a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and I truly enjoyed the visit. The hostess was welcoming from the start. My server, Renelyn, was exceptionally attentive; she explained the drinks, food, and desserts in detail, which helped me make great choices. Renelyn’s recommendation of the sinigang na beef short ribs, calamandan smoothie was perfect, and rum bibingkang for dessert was a highlight of the meal. Thank you for making our evening special and memorable.

Ate here twice in a 6 day trip to the Philippines because it was so good! Much recommended if you wanna try delicious local food in a nice restaurant thats fairly priced for what you get. Me and my friends ordered so much, it was pretty much all good up to the dessert. We even took turns guessing the bill, and guess what? It turned out cheaper than what we all thought! Props to you guys! Most memorable meal in the Philippines!!

Dined at Manam in Ayala Triangle and had a great overall experience. The restaurant was extremely busy during our visit, which really shows how popular the place is, but despite the crowd, the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The environment and location in Ayala Triangle made the dining experience feel more elevated and relaxing, especially for a casual Filipino meal. We ordered the baby squid, the signature beef cheeks, bagoong rice, and a San Mig Light. The beef cheeks were tender, flavorful, and definitely one of the standout dishes of the meal. The bagoong rice paired very well with everything and had the rich savory flavor you would expect from Manam. The baby squid was also enjoyable and well-cooked. Food-wise, it tasted consistent with what you would expect from other Manam branches, which is a good thing because the quality remains reliable. Overall, great ambiance, solid food, and a restaurant I would gladly revisit.

The line at Manam Triangle says one thing: people know what’s good. We skipped the lunch rush and came in later—and were rewarded with a feast worth waiting for. The Sinigang with Watermelon lived up to the hype: comforting, tangy, and surprisingly refreshing. The Crispy Sisig disappeared from our table faster than we’d like to admit. Service was equally impressive, with Nicole making sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. Good food, good service, and a reminder that sometimes the best strategy is to let the crowd eat first.

I prefer this Manam location because it doesn’t seem as loud compared to others. The high ceiling allows for better acoustics where you can converse comfortably. I noticed that they are also more knowledgeable about gluten allergy items on the menu compared to their other locations. Food is always amazing at Manam.

Michelin level cuisine. Highly recommend the Ube with sago it’s a taro flavoured drink with sago , it’s really like a shake and a local specialty. We ordered 3 dishes to share Toufu curry , thick curry gravy with peanut flavours, a bit of spice and with mushroom . 4/5 Sisiag, crispy bits of the pigs ears and nose all cooked to become a hot plate delicacy . Fresh spring roll , the white color version , drenched in a brown sauce .3/5 Fried spring roll, local delicacy filled with vegetables and in a crispy skin 4/5
