I had a wonderful dining experience at Kiwami Food Hall in BGC. The food was excellent, and every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was just as impressive—the staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The Karakamen Ramen was definitely the highlight of my meal. The broth was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, with just the right level of spice. The noodles had a great texture, making every bite satisfying. I also really enjoyed the yakitori, which was perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of smoky flavor. To top it all off, the ice cream was the perfect dessert—smooth, creamy, and a refreshing way to end the meal. Overall, Kiwami Food Hall is a great place for delicious Japanese food, excellent service, and a memorable dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve passed by Kiwami many times, but this was my first time actually going in (though I’ve bought the Hokkaido soft-serve ice cream before). I honestly wondered why I hadn’t come sooner—the salmon katsu rice bowl was so delicious. The restaurant was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly as well. Next time, I’d love to come with my family and try more dishes. The air conditioning was a little cold for me, so if you’re sensitive to the cold, it’s a good idea to bring a cardigan.

Kiwami is a great mixture of different Japanese restaurants that serve a variety of delectable mains and appetizers. We had the hanger steak, tempura, and ramen. I would say the hanger steak tasted much better than what was offered in Ooma. Always have the sauce on the side so that you can taste the cooked with binchotan better. The ebi tempura could be a little lighter in batter. Ramen tasted on par. Their Hokkaido soft serve did not disappoint, as well as the below zero Asahi super dry. Great place to take your date and family for dinner!

One thing that immediately stood out at Kiwami in BGC is their online queue tracking system. Instead of guessing when your table will be ready, you can easily check your seat reservation status online, making the waiting experience much more convenient and organized. When it comes to the food, Kiwami definitely delivers. Everything was served fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. From their ramen to their katsu, you can really tell that the dishes are prepared with care. The flavors were rich, the portions satisfying, and the presentation makes the whole dining experience feel premium. Service overall was smooth, but one area that could use improvement is the refill service for the lemon iced tea. Since it’s refillable, a more proactive refill or faster response would make the experience even better. Overall, Kiwami BGC is a solid place for ramen and Japanese comfort food—great flavors, well-presented dishes, and a smart digital queue system that makes dining more convenient.

We were a bit late to our reservation, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and still managed to find us a table, which we really appreciated. The restaurant wasn’t overly crowded, making the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The sushi rolls were fresh, flavorful, and generously topped, while the skewers were perfectly grilled with a great balance of smokiness and tenderness. The main dish was rich, comforting, and packed with flavor, clearly made with care and high-quality ingredients. Overall, the food exceeded our expectations and the service was warm and attentive. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Great Food choices! Yabu for me is the all time favorite, while there is an unli miso soup, rice and veggies in other Yabu branch, is only one serving here. You may order other varieties like the assorted sushi's at Koyo Handroll Bar. Finished off with the Hokkaido Ice Cream! This place has the best menu 5star collaboration, ever delicious and tasty Japanese cuisines, tasted made by Japanese chefs! Be patient when drove in by crowd on rush hours, even with reservation you still have to wait in line, there's a bench for waiting area. Especially dinner time where all people come in all at the same time. So, patience is a must here. I rated 5star for food, but service attentiveness came in low 3star score. Even if you order refillable Ice tea, you'll need so much time to wait for another round of glass. I also hope they can just fo self service condiments section so there is no need to ask for several times for small items.

Pros: 🟢 Booked a reservation (03/17/2026) and arrived 10 mins early, but we were seated even before our scheduled time 🟢 Clean, spacious, and easy to move around in. 🟢 Open kitchen concept - you can actually see how your food is prepared. 🟢 Service is reliable. We ordered 3 separate times (appetizer, main course, and dessert), and everything arrived correctly each time. 🟢 Restrooms were also a plus: two non-gender-specific cubicles that are both spacious, plus a separate PWD cubicle. With hand soap and tissue rolls. Cons: 🔴 We were only given two menus (Kiwami’s and Koyo’s). We had to ask separately for the Hokkaido soft serve menu. 1st time customers might miss out on this entirely if they don’t know to ask. For the food (keeping in mind that taste is subjective): 🔴 Charred edamame was just okay - tasted like regular beans, nothing special. I didn’t notice the lemon vinaigrette or roasted nori flakes, just the chili flakes. Decent as a starter. 🟢 Winged gyoza was goo
