The service at After Hours is excellent. The staff were very attentive and looked after us well all night. I ordered an Old Fashioned that turned out to be way too sweet for my taste, but the team was great and sorted it out for me immediately. ​For the food, the chicken poppers were a highlight and really tasty. We also tried the All-Meat Pizzadilla and the Jerk Chicken, which came served with rice. The Jerk Chicken was okay, though it didn't quite have that authentic punch I was looking for. It was a decent enough meal to go along with their good selection of local craft beers and the strong spirits they have behind the bar. ​The only real disappointment was the barbecue tofu. It was almost inedible because it was so tough that it didn't even feel like tofu anymore, and the flavour just wasn't there. ​Despite the issues with the tofu, the atmosphere is lovely and the presentation of the drinks, like the Smoked and Spirits cocktail, is very nice. Always a delight visiting After Hours! Their cocktail specials have great variety and inventiveness...the flavors complex and wonderfully balanced. I also appreciate the use of many unique savoury ingredients in their drinks. Great bar chows and service too! One of the better quality bars in Tomas Morato area especially if you're looking for a more laidback, relaxing but intimate place. Great quality, super sulit the price. A must-visit!

I honestly don't know why this place isn't 5 stars yet! My first ever visit got me hooked, the staff are extra-friendly and accomdating, they have a huge array of drinks and the bartenders get to know you well so they can give you the best bespoke cocktail you want. Not to leave the food, I haven't tried a lot but the chicken poppers, pizzas and the sausage platter pair fantastically with the drinks they serve. Plus points for having a Filipino inspired cocktail menu, with varying flavour notes for the safe tongues and the adventurous ones. This will be my forever home after a stressful day at work. I have been here multiple times before doing this review and I can confidently say that this bar is one of best cocktail bars here in Metro Manila especially Quezon City. They have a wide range of drinks to choose from. Whether you just want something sweet and refreshing, or something more complex, they can make it for you. You can also order classic and bespoke cocktails if you don't want something off their drinks list. Food is also great however I really haven't tried their mains because I usually order their bar chows only. For recommendations, if you don't like strong drinks, you can order Stop it Ken or Smooth but not Criminal or the Binondo something something that is served in a Highball Glass. But if you like something strong or more complex, order their Dark Spirit(? i forgot the name) and Fab Four(if you like Manhattan, this one is for you). Personally my favorite is Fab Four and Stolen Tamale (which is similar to a margarita, but spicier and more malinamnam).

Nice cocktail bar with great service and a solid vibe. Their signature drinks are unique, and there’s a lot on the menu worth trying. That said, it’s kind of surprising that in 2026 they still don’t accept card payments. Prices aren’t exactly cheap, so if you didn’t bring enough cash, it definitely makes you think twice about ordering more.

Intrigued by the place's sinigang risotto and had to get it. I didn't know why I expected it to taste different from sinigang-drenched rice but it was good. The ribs were also surprisingly tender and flavorful. What stands out is the signature cocktail that they have inspired by Filipino folklore. We ordered 4 drinks in total but I enjoyed the Sarimanok out of all the drinks because it was savory and didn't taste like alcohol at all. The Unang Gabi tasted similae to mudslide with a hint of something at the end. Will definitely go back to try their other drinks
