So far, got me a good place to chill whilst waiting for friends, family, classmates, officemates. They got spacious place where at first glance you might question if the place is that small, but going inside it isn't. They couches and tables good for a medium-size groups, and even they have a guitar to play with and books to read! There's a couple of people seen as I visit the place doing "work" or somethin'. Staffs' friendly, and accommodating too.

"The coffee is great, but the staff's attitude is disappointing. I didn't appreciate how one of your female employees spoke to us, saying, 'ANO YAN? That's not ours! Look at it!' in a very rude and sarcastic tone. Please train your staff on how to handle these situations professionally. There is always a polite way to speak to customers. We wanted to try your coffee shop, which is why we bought drinks elsewhere first—just to compare and see which place would be a good spot to hang out. If outside drinks are not allowed, you should inform customers politely or put up a clear sign, rather than having your staff act rudely."

For someone who resides here at North caloocan and want to experience the best coffee, THIS IS A MUST TRY CAFÉ!!! I repeat, A MUST TRY! Double thumbs up for their coffee and food. And if you are looking for a simple cozy vibe, this is the place. I highly recommend their Spanish latte!!! Kudos to ate barista thea and anne, they made my coffee just the way I like it!😉

Good afternoon. I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at the Fa-me Cafe rainbow branch. When I placed my order, I had a 1000-peso bill, as it was the only cash I had available. A blonde barista saw my money and immediately slapped the countertop, while another barista asked for a smaller bill or payment via GCash. I explained that I had neither, and my phone was in my car. I didn't bother to get it because I don't have internet data as well. While the first barista prepared my change, the second one talked loudly, making sure I could hear, about the inconvenience of having to go out for change and even sarcastically suggested taking 1 peso change to give to a customer who will pay a 1000-peso bill. This situation made me very uncomfortable, and as a result, I won't be returning to this cafe.
