Great local Portuguese restaurant. It’s traditional Portuguese food and hospitality. The food is top. Fresh, lots of taste. Very local. Service is very good and welcome. Everything is simple but tasty. Reservations - this is doesn’t really work, unfortunately.

There was a 45-60 minute wait, as the place was very busy, but it was well worth it. The service was incredible and they offered suggestions and interacted with us, they were very funny! All of the dishes were phenomenal and the sangria was amazing as well. Next time we come to Portugal from the U.S. we will definitely come here again. Thank you so much!

As tourists in Lisbon, it was super hard for us to find an authentic and price fair restaurant there, and not get tricked by tourist trap suggestions . We were lucky to have some Portuguese friends who pointed us to this great restaurant. We had a nice experience here, even though the location was almost full, we could easily find a table, with a short waiting time. The hosts were super kind, they spoke English very well. The food was delicious, the portions were big, the deserts were delicious as well! All these for a super fair price. We enjoyed it so much that we came here 2 times to eat a

This is one of the best restaurants in the area! You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. The location is in a neighborhood and it looks unassuming. Don’t worry- this place is legit! This time around, our main dish was Cozito Portuguesa and it was a special treat in June even though this is usually served in the Winter! It was on the menu and we had to try it. It did not disappoint! The service is friendly and the owner is always there making sure we are satisfied. Highly recommended!!
