I was served by an employee who didn't seem to have chosen the right profession; she always served us with a very closed-off expression, never even cracking a smile. She never used words like "please," "thank you," etc. She served us and said, "That'll be €3" (followed by nothing, not even a "please" came out!). She needs training if she doesn't want to drive customers away.
