Carlos Vieira★**Terrible Experience at Sushi Pai, Loures** Unfortunately, our visit to Sushi Pai was an absolute **disappointment**. After being seated, we waited for **over 45 minutes** without any staff approaching our table—no greetings, no attention, **nothing**. To make matters worse, after such an excessive wait, we decided to leave **without consuming anything**, as it was clear our presence was completely disregarded. Yet, despite receiving no service, we were still **charged** for the drinks we had ordered, which only added to the frustration. A restaurant should offer at least **basic courtesy*
Vanda Gouveia★Not a good experience today. The only excuse is they had a big birthday group occupying half the restaurant but that is no reason to ask us to leave because they had other people to seat and did not have other available tables. This is an all you can eat restaurante that does not serve the quantities we ask for and/ or forget part of our order and then find it odd when we ask for more food! The service is slow and incomplete and that is not the customer's fault!!!
