Lunch at Verde Minho fell far short of expectations, considering its reputation and prices. The Alentejo-style pork came with shoestring potatoes instead of the traditional cubes; if they change the recipe out of laziness in cutting potatoes, they should change the name of the dish. The Portuguese stew revealed a huge lack of care in the presentation of the dish: it came without pork and with a mere sample of sausages. I confess that my experience with this restaurant isn't in person; I prefer to order via Uber Eats, but from what I can say so far, I'm always treated to generous portions. The food is good, especially the cuttlefish with rice and beans. I love the rice and beans at this restaurant; it's very flavorful, a bit creamy, so good you'll want more. The omelets are also good, and the cod fritters are quite tasty.
