Very disappointing experience. I ordered a bitoque de lombo and specifically asked for it medium-rare. What arrived at the table was a very thin, overcooked piece of meat that looked nothing like the quality or cut I would expect from a pork loin steak. It was completely cooked through, dry, and far from what I had requested. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat most of the dish. When you order a specific cut of meat and request a particular cooking point, you expect the restaurant to respect both. This was not the case. When we ordered the shoks, they arrived extremely spicy, without any warning on the menu. We also ordered mayonnaise, but it was served at room temperature, even though the room was extremely hot, so it was clearly not in proper condition. At the table next to us, the customers complained because they said their shoks were spoiled. Overall, I would say this was a very poor choice of restaurant. To make matters worse, we were still charged the full amount, which seemed completely inappropriate given the poor service and the very disappointing quality of the meal.
