I love this place and their food, I have come and will come here many more times because their ramen is just amazing, but they have 2 things to work on: 1. The time required for food to come is just too long. Yesterday, we had to wait an enormous amount of time for our food to come. It took around 30 minutes for the starters (it was just fried chicken) to arrive and around 50 minutes for ramen. We were not warned that it might take so long, neither they apologised for taking long, which was a bit upsetting. Our favourite dish was Nasu Dengaku - grilled aubergines with miso paste. It was divine and umami packed! If only they could turn that dish into a main - I’m sure it’d go very well with some rich in a bento style. There are a few vegetarian ramen options that can be made vegan. We ordered Goma veggie mazemen and Kotteri Goma Veggie. Both were tasty. The menu said Coma veggie mazemen would have sichuan chilli paste but we couldn’t taste it; the ramen wasn’t spicy at all. First time trying the ramen as a serious ramen critic i was afraid it wouldn’t live of to my expectations but surprisingly it was delicious little cozy environment only thing I wished was my ramen to be more spicy or maybe i am just a asian who eats a lot of spice but next time i will ask for more spice ❤️
