abdul azeez★★★★Overall good! The queues moves surprisingly fast, service is great and the place runs smoothly despite the place being small and only having a few staffs. We ordered the cappuccino which was a bit too bitter for my liking, but with a bit of sugar it was actually decent. Smooth and rich coffee flavour , its obviously far from the expensive authentic coffee , but for a coffee shop it's nice. The atmosphere is nice , it's right next to the Masjid Al - Nabawi which being completely honest is something I can't accept. The prophet's Masjid is a holy place and there bring such coffee shops and stalls with modern style sit out eating right in front of it is hard to accept. But the atmosphere is pretty good vibes if you take out what I just said. So if want some good coffee and you're close to the Madjid Al - Nabawi , go give it a try.
suhadi multimedia★★★★★Hello i'm from indonesia, I ordered two Spanish lattes, and they were absolutely amazing. The coffee was perfectly creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness—it tasted incredibly smooth and delightful. I came with my two children, and to our surprise, the staff kindly gave each of them a complimentary milk drink. They also treated us to a free dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The service was exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you for making our visit such a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back!
Hifzur★★★★★This coffee shop boasts a simple menu and is conveniently situated just outside the Prophet ﷺ mosque. However, I found the coffee a bit pricey for the size. We tried hot chocolate, a cold Spanish latte and a flat white and they were all delicious. The cookie served with hot chocolate and cream was particularly delightful.
Kamal Seif★★★★Very conveniently located outside the Holy Prophet’s mosque. I had the Flat White, which was a bit too bitter for my taste. Overall the staff was nice and friendly, service was fast considering the amount of customers that were there. Will give them another try perhaps will have better luck with something else on their menu.
AA★I visited Kiffa years ago for the first time when it used to be decent. It seemed that they had potential as a speciality coffee shop back then. A few days ago I grabbed a flat white and unfortunately, they have gone backwards. The baristas clearly aren’t real baristas and/or they are untrained. Their service is rushed, lacks quality and the coffee has a poor taste from extracting the beans too fast. It’s either burnt beans or just a cup of hot milk. I wouldn’t recommend it to coffee enthusiasts. It’s on the same level as a Starbucks or Dunkin coffee. Go to Row cafe or Camel Step instead!
Sandi Adel★★★I really wanted to like this place. it’s super convenient, right in the center near my hotel and the mosque, and they even have oat milk (which is rare here in Saudi). But the coffee quality was all over the place. First time was perfect, second time the milk was overheated and bitter, third time I asked them not to overheat it but it still came boiling hot. The staff was really nice though. I have a specific order ( latte with oat milk) and For 20 SAR a cup, I expected consistency. Nice location, but sadly the coffee isn’t worth it. I’ll be looking for a better spot next time I’m in Madinah.
