Chef JJ and his team delivered a unique and thoughtfully crafted gastronomic experience. What made the experience even more special was the sincerity and warmth of the service team. They were attentive, genuine, and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. A particularly touching gesture was the birthday surprise; a polaroid photo of us as a thoughtful little gift. I wish I could gatekeep this but I couldn't help myself. I was already wowed from the first tart dish. One of the dishes was a 🍅 tomato, and it was genuinely the best tomato I ever eaten, even beats wagyu. Chef JJ and his team never fails to impress everytime we are there. Today was no exception. Today's theme was a collaboration with Martell, so you have dishes infused with VSOP, Cordon Bleu and XXO. Brought my mum here for dinner and we were honestly blown away with the food. We had the seasonal Province x Martell collab menu. Chef Law is extremely thoughtful, passionate and knowledgeable about the process behind the menu he curated, and everything was so freaking delicious. His team took real good care of us and we had a very nice time there. The price point is very fair for the quality, effort and presentation of the entire dinner. We did a Martell inspired cocktail pairing with our meal (hesitant at first because my mum don't really drink Martell) but we had no regrets, the drinks were super on point even for my mum who doesn't drink cocktails. Amazing service from the team, I can't wait for the next meal at Province!
