Had such a lovely dining experience at Mosella, Pan Pacific Orchard. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the service throughout the meal was incredibly attentive. The team gave excellent recommendations and showed great initiative — little touches like noticing we wanted butter for the bread and keeping our water topped up really made the experience feel thoughtful. A special shoutout to Thushara, who was absolutely outstanding. She was knowledgeable about every dish, eloquent in her explanations, and very attentive throughout the meal. June was also wonderful — especially impressive considering she had just joined the team — and she took such good care of us. Food-wise, there were several memorable highlights. The welcome bread was fantastic, especially with the cream cheese and anchovy oil condiments. My first time to Mosella was for my birthday and the experience was great. Returned today for our anniversary. We had the Gambas Al Ajillo, Burrata & Heirloom Tomatoes, Beef Rossini and Lamb Chops . The food was very good again, and the service went above and beyond. They surprised us with a super tall, gorgeous complimentary chocolate cake and a thoughtful anniversary card signed by the staff; it was such a wonderful, personal touch. I highly recommend them for their great food and great service. Special thanks to Alina, Julie, Thushara and Glory for their great service!

We came for the Saturday Mediterranean Brunch. Glory was assigned to our table and she was wonderful! Made us feel welcome from the moment she showed us to our table. She also constantly came to check in on us and made sure our drinks were never empty and empty plates never left on the table. The buffet spread was delicious. Lots of options for kids as well. You can top up to have free flow of alcohol which we did. I highly recommend the gambas, beef cheeks and churros! Will definitely come back ❤️🙌🏻

Very nice ambient and nice food ! I was brought to here by my partner to celebrate my birthday. The place light us up as the ambient is so upscale yet relaxing. We ordered the Paella which is a good portion for 2 pax. It came with red prawn Carabireno, which is sweet and tasty. Paired with wine and Forget Not Me cocktail to get the mood on. We also brought our own cake to celebrate. In response, the waiter Aaron gave us their house cake too! Amazing. Thank you for your hospitality and join us for the celebration as well, felt the warmth of the house. We hope to come back again to try more food in the menu with more pax!

Came here to celebrate my dad's birthday and we had such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and there was a great variety to choose from. The ambience was lovely, the waiting time was reasonable, and the drink selection was excellent. What impressed us the most was the service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable. From constantly topping up our water without us asking, to the complimentary bread, handwritten birthday card, birthday cake, and even a complimentary parking coupon, every little gesture made us feel so well looked after. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my dad's birthday celebration such a memorable one. It's the little things that leave the biggest impression. We will definitely be back and would happily recommend this place to others!

My server Aaron and the director of food, Antoine, endured that I had a splendid time for my brunch at the Mosella at Pan Pacific Orchard. While the room was average at best, the service during brunch on Saturday was outstanding! The food was beautifully prepared, Aaron as my server was super attentive and Antoine took his time to talk me through the menu and reccomend his preferred dishes. I would definitely come here again, soley for the brunch and the amazing staff!

Went for their Mediterranean Saturday brunch recently and overall had a pretty enjoyable time. The DJ in the background was a nice touch and made the whole brunch feel more lively without being too loud. Food wise there was quite a good variety from grilled meats and seafood to pizzas, pastas and other hot dishes so there was plenty to try throughout the meal. Quite liked the cheese selection and desserts too, especially the chocolate pour over the churros. Service was smooth and plates were cleared quite fast as well. Overall a nice option if you’re looking to slow down and enjoy a longer brunch on a Saturday

We went there for their Mother’s Day buffet with Spanish themed food. The quality of the food was good - oysters were fresh and inviting, lobsters were well cooked & not too dry. Beef & lamb were also perfectly cooked, with a touch of pinkness. Desserts also tasted as good as it looked, which is always a delight. They had special little treats for mothers as well, which were little pleasant surprises which are appreciated. Ambience and service were good too. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and respectful.
