One of those bars where the cocktail menu genuinely surprises. Inventive drinks without being gimmicky, a beautiful space, and staff who are warm and clearly know their craft. The menu has real innovation to it — enough to bring you back. Two small notes: the music can be a touch loud, and Fridays get busy. Neither is a dealbreaker. Confident recommendation.

Had a wonderful experience here! Went by without a reservation, they squeezes us in at the standing spaces and were moved over to the bar afterwards. Soooo many good drinks to choose from, we went for the Nighthawks (below) and the Dependable Expandable. Both very delicious! Would definitely come back again!

Night Hawk is a proper bar with creative drinks that caters to the more adventurous in terms of cocktail palatte. The place is exudes a classic American diner vibe with Art Deco thrown into the mix which is very much in-line and well thought out with the artwork that inspires the place; Nighthawks by Edward Hopper. If you know your classic cocktails, you can order them as well even though its not listed on the menu so just give them a go as well, don't be shy. I loved the Rusty Nail I got. Overall a wonderful experience, but do prepare for a bit of a wait as reservations are not possible and best to call 15 mins ahead to check if the place has place for you and your date :) Cheers!

Sleek interior, but don’t let that fool you — tiny space, rushed service, and if you’re seated squeezed up against the wall you’re basically knocking knees with your date. Came for my birthday. Waiter said no dessert. Guest went out to get cake. Staff came back: no outside food, must buy their dessert. The dessert they just said they did NOT have. Another staff member’s genius solution? PANCAKES. For a birthday. At a cocktail bar. Do yourself a favour and go to BOP (Bartenders of Pony) instead — the atmosphere, cocktails, and food actually make you want to stay. Nighthawk looks the part but the experience fails to deliver.

Nighthawk is always full everytime i want to visit, lovely vibes and atmosphere but due to small space constraint, it can feel extremely noisy at times, unable to chat with my friends comfortably. We had Lust and Gamma Ray holidays - dont recommend. Lust was too sweet, Gamma ray was just a fruity drink, refreshing but dont feel any alco content in.

Excellent cocktails - well balanced as expected from a top tier bar. Service from the bartenders was really great, but I recommend going earlier when it is less busy if you’d like to chat about their cocktails. Bar grub was also fantastic. P.S - if you like boozy milkshakes, ask for the ‘milky way’. It was a secret menu item for us, so definitely ask about this.

I dropped in early on a Friday evening, shortly after they opened. Wanted to taste some creative cocktails and I wasn’t disappointed. Started with the “black hole sun”, which was a bourbon and sloe gin concoction, topped with a small scoop of ice cream that sat perfectly on the tip of a long, rectangular piece of ice, preventing it from melting into the drink below. Very interesting contrast of slightly tart fruitiness and creaminess. Next, I had the “sleepy saunter”, which had lychee smoked coconut gin and grappa, with cherry icing on the glass. Finally, I had the “sinewy refreshment” and this was my favourite. Cognac, rum, ube and if I’m not wrong, the milky component was clarified, so it had a malty, slightly milky aroma and taste but in a clear liquid. I found it quite nostalgic and addictive, reminding me of horlicks sweets. Plus, it’s served with a lollipop of the milk solids from the clarification process.
