Hands down overall best iftar in the city, meaning value for money. Telephone booking is smooth and easy. The place has great atmosphere and cosy feeling, staff are the friendliest and were trained to serve customers politely, the young girl as a waiter was a fresh thing to see, she’s amazing and polite. Only downside is hot drinks takes too long to serve. That means there’s always room to improve.

The tables were dirty, and unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. Despite requesting a cleaning, it took the assistant 20 minutes to return. Additionally, when we tried to get the attention of the staff behind the till, approximately six of them, none responded. They were all speaking among themselves or engrossed in their phones. We left in the end due to this appalling service.
