We went for lunch on a recommendation and it was a real find. The meat from the Sierra de Guadarrama is top-notch, but the flavor imparted by the holm oak wood is what truly makes the difference. Besides the grilled dishes, we ordered the clams in green sauce and they were spectacular, some of the best I've ever had. We were tempted by the seafood platter, which they told us is available by pre-order, so now we have an excuse to return. The portions are very generous and the staff makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended.
