I actually wanted to take more pictures of the things we ate, but it was so good I completely forgot about photographing and just focused on eating the amazing meals. Nikkou is in Getxo, which is already an absurdly good place to eat, and somehow they are in there making sushi that demands your full attention. The unagi nigiri arrives lacquered in tare with black and white sesame on top, the eel glazed to a deep amber that tells you immediately this is not an afterthought.
