Starting with the drinks, the mojito mocktail felt a little underwhelming, as the flavor profile was quite mild and lacked the fresh, vibrant notes typically expected from this classic drink. The coffee, however, was excellent and very well prepared. For the main courses, we tried the pulpo (octopus) and the pasta gambas. While both dishes were nicely presented and the portion sizes were fair, the overall flavor development could benefit from some refinement. The best food we had in Alicante ! The chef is incredible, however I can only give 4 stars because of the wait. It took a very long time to receive our order, granted our server warned us about the wait but it still wasn’t ideal. I still recommend this restaurant very strongly especially for the exceptionally patient among us 😉

Very nice restaurant run by a group of super friendly polish people. Was dining here on one of the super windy days in Alicante, though many people got to enjoy the charm and circumstance in the outside sitting area. I had the Pulpo as the main. It is one of the best Pulpo dish I had in Spain! The pulpo is just flavorful, and the texture is cooked just about right. highly recommend!

Lovely authentic Spanish bar tucked away at the foot of the castle steps. Small menu, big portions, nice food but quirky accompaniments in the salad. Not sure strawberries and blueberries go with lamb or octopus but the main parts of the meal were lovely. Patatas bravas were probably the best we've ever had.
