I visited this spot while in Alicante and had a good experience overall. I ordered the guacamole and a burger with truffle sauce. The guacamole was a fun concept. It was served unmashed, and I could mix and season it myself with lime and spices to my taste, which I really enjoyed. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The only small downside was that the portion of fries was a bit limited. The service was friendly and very quick. The staff member who helped me was welcoming and efficient. Seriously great burger, not to mention it was a gluten free bun (could have passed for non gluten free). I got the Sibarita with goats cheese and caramelised onion. Perfectly balanced cheese, with sweetness of the caramelised onion cutting through the beef flavour. Honestly that onion was the caramelised icing on the burger bun. The burger was high quality beef and was perfectly cooked medium rare. And the cheese was subtle enough that it didn't steal the show but was perfectly complementary to the flavours. The food was delicious. We had the Vegan burger. On Thursdays, they have buy 1 get 2 burger and sandwich promotion. The service was very nice, the order was ready in 15 minutes. We did not need a reservation in advance, but the place was close to he full at 9pm. There aren't any street parking spaces.
