Nelson Sang★★★★★On my visit to Madrid, (from the USA) we went to several restaurants known for very good authentic food from Spain. All of them are good, but by far, THE BEST ONE is El Llar. The food is cooked to perfection, with very rich flavors and texture. I was a fantastic gastronomic experience. I believe the owner's name is Hilario (I hope I am expelling it correctly), he treated us like if we were on his own house. It was a true gastronomic experience. Fur sure, I will be back on my next trip to Madrid. FYI- don't leave without trying the Fabes. It is just outstanding and full of flavors.
